Anne Mae Serby, Esq. is an experienced New York attorney serving individuals and families throughout all New York City boroughs and the surrounding communities. With decades of legal experience, Ms. Serby provides thoughtful, practical representation in matters involving guardianship, litigation, family and matrimonial matters, prenuptial agreements, and real estate.

Ms. Serby has been admitted to practice law in New York since 1986. She earned her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has developed a broad-based legal practice focused on helping clients navigate important personal, family, property, and legal disputes.

Her practice includes representing clients in matrimonial and prenuptial matters, guardianship matters, civil litigation and real estate transactions and disputes. She approaches each matter with careful attention to the individual circumstances of the client and strives to provide clear guidance throughout every stage of the legal process.
