— Elena Giannattasio, Esq. | The Founder
Multi-Jurisdictional Divorce is a boutique international family law firm headquartered in New York City, dedicated exclusively to domestic and cross-border family law matters. Our practice focuses on international divorce, child custody and relocation disputes, Hague Convention proceedings, international child abduction, international prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign family law judgments. We regularly coordinate with experienced local counsel worldwide to provide seamless representation across multiple jurisdictions.
Our clients include executives, entrepreneurs, dual citizens, foreign nationals, and internationally mobile families whose lives, businesses, and assets span borders. International family disputes require strategic, sophisticated counsel that understands competing legal systems, international treaties, and jurisdictional complexities. Efficient Practice
We use technology to improve efficiency, streamline communication, and reduce administrative burdens, allowing us to focus our time where it matters most—legal strategy and client representation.
Personalized Representation
We maintain a selective practice to ensure that every client receives direct attorney involvement, thoughtful guidance, and responsive communication throughout the representation.
